The first of a collection of five homes that will open a new chapter in Portals, this house was conceived with a clear intention: to let technology, light and architecture breathe as one.

In this project —developed with C-View— we worked in a truly integrated way, weaving engineering, home automation, audio-video and architectural lighting into a single invisible layer shaping the experience of the home. When every discipline moves at the same pace, decisions stop being technical and become sensorial.

We shaped the home automation with Basalte, from switches and sockets to their touch panels. We even installed, for the first time worldwide, their new Adelante video intercom — a subtle gesture that reflects the technological ambition of the property without imposing itself visually.

Sound flows gently through the spaces: invisible speakers that disappear into the architecture, and Bang & Olufsen systems that bring presence and character wherever music calls for it. Everything balanced, everything connected.

Lighting has been one of the hearts of the project. Each room was studied in detail with Dialux, seeking not just to illuminate, but to accompany. Scenes that adapt to the day, to calm, to life. To achieve this, we selected pieces from Flos, Artemide and Occhio, curated by our lighting designers to converse with the materials, textures and furnishings.

In this dialogue, the collaboration with Terraza Balear was essential. Their approach to interior design and furniture, combined with ours to technology, created a natural, almost organic symbiosis — a home where nothing competes and everything aligns.

This first house of the complex does more than open the path: it sets the tone for a project that aspires to elevate the way a home is lived, perceived and felt.
