In the southeast of Mallorca, surrounded by native vegetation and built with noble materials, Sa Pedra is a house where every element has been conceived to integrate with the environment. In this project, Scena has developed a comprehensive lighting, home automation and sound solution, respecting the architecture and enhancing the home experience.

Lighting has been one of the main pillars of the project. From the initial phase, our team designed and integrated a system that not only responds to the scenes of everyday use, but also dialogues with the materials and architecture of each space. The light accompanies, highlights and transforms without imposing itself, adapting to the Majorcan stone, natural wood and continuous finishes.

Each luminaire has been selected with precision to be integrated with discretion and coherence, using top international brands such as Flos and Artemide, combined with local firms such as Contain, in a careful selection that combines cutting-edge technology and Mediterranean craftsmanship.

The integral control of the house is managed through a Basalte home automation system, which allows to manage lighting, air conditioning and sound in a precise and intuitive way. Its mechanisms, made of noble materials such as machined aluminum and bronze, are integrated into the architecture with a sober and timeless aesthetic. More than simple controls, they are design pieces that add visual and sensory value to the space.

Each interaction has been designed in detail to offer a fluid and sophisticated technological experience. In terms of sound, solutions adapted to the use and character of each zone have been chosen. In the interior, Sonance systems guarantee exceptional acoustic quality without interfering with the design, thanks to their completely invisible character. Outside, Architettura Sonora ‘s sculptural loudspeakers offer an immersive sound experience, integrating organically into the garden and open areas.

At Scena, we conceive each project as an expression of the place and those who live there. Sa Pedra is the first of a new line of homes in which design, technology and Mediterranean environment coexist in balance.
