There are houses that are not only lived in, but felt.
Es Falcó is one of them.
A serene refuge facing the landscape, where every everyday gesture is transformed into something intimate and special.
Designed by Palomino Arquitectos and developed by Akira Projects, this home is also a silent dialogue between architecture and technology. Scena joins that conversation with what it does best: enveloping life in light, sound, and comfort, without fanfare, without impositions. Just presence.
From the beginning, we knew that light had to tell a story. A delicate narrative, designed to accompany the rhythms of the day, moods, shared moments, and silences. Each scene has been created as a caress to the space, blending with the materials and the environment, always soft, always precise.
Basalte’s technology, as invisible as it is essential, allows the home to express itself in tune with those who live there. A touch, an intention, and the house responds: the air is tempered, the light is nuanced, the sound is refined. Everything happens fluidly, as if it had always been there.
The sound, for its part, is not only heard, it is felt. Inside, invisible speakers create an enveloping atmosphere without altering the purity of the forms. In the garden, Architettura Sonora adds a sculptural dimension to the landscape: pieces that sound and breathe with the earth they tread on.
This project has not been a sum of technical solutions, but a process of listening and complicity. With the client, with the architects, with the place. Because for us, technology is not the end, but the means for a space to take on a soul.
Es Falcó is not a technological house. It is a sensitive house. Where innovation hides so that beauty can flourish.
